The arbitration shall be held in Clark County, Nevada and conducted in the English language. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on all parties and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. If a party files suit to initiate formal litigation and the matter is subsequently moved to arbitration pursuant to this provision, the filing party shall pay the defending party's attorneys' fees incurred up to the matter's submission to arbitration.
